Chinsun Group was established in Shenzhen, after 20 years of development, the Group's scope of businesses has been expanded to four areas: real estate development, urban renewal, property management and financial investments. Since our establishment, Chinsun has been successfully granted by strategic partners in Hong Kong and Shenzhen with financial funds which facilitates as a supporting platform.

Over years, besides creating elaborate works in Shenzhen, Chinsun also explores cities such as Shanghai, Chengdu, Zhangzhou, Dongguan etc. The group has successfully demonstrated its strengths in residential projects: Forest Hill, Guanghua Center, England Garden, Gemini Mansion and The Park Mansion. The Group's urban renewal business operates mainly in Shenzhen and Dongguan. Chinsun makes every effort to improve community life and building with integrity.

Since its establishment, Chinsun is dedicated to serving communities and creating positive societal impacts. Chinsun Future Foundation and Li Chengyou Education Fund were founded by the Group in 2020. Chinsun will continue to promote development of philanthropy in the future.
